Come and explore a wonderful meditative style of yoga, focusing on sensations in the body to calm and soothe the mind. This is Vajrasati yoga, which I have been teaching since 2012. It's a joy! I offer yoga and meditation classes, outdoors, in Brighton and on zoom.
I also offer 1:1 sessions.

I will help you to explore and play when practising & feel, rather than think your way into a posture. You will learn to trust your own intuitive response, through meditative, full body awareness that leaves you feeling soothed. I hope you will have fun too, silliness and joy are welcome to bubble up!
