1:1s yoga & bodylistening
I offer a safe space to deepen and explore your yoga practice, sessions are tailored to you and what is happening in the body, or we may investigate an area of practice you would like to focus on.
1:1s may also include 'bodylistening' which can help you to develop greater awareness, trust what your body has to say and feel supported. Within a space of mindfulness, we might directly dialogue with the body to hear what it has to say. The body appreciates this, it has a story to tell. This process can encourage a greater feeling of freedom, and allow space for further movement and growth.
£40 for 60 minutes, £60 for 90 minutes.
