A gentle class including yoga and meditation and sometimes mantra and pranayama (breathwork) to help you ease into your day.

Monday Yoga at The Open Arms (Hanover)
6.30 - 7.30 pm
Centering and relaxing
A balance of strengthening and relaxing postures with a focus on trusting and listening to the body.
This is a small group drop-in class with a maximum of 10 people. Email to book by 6 pm on the day. £9.50 / £8.50 concessions. Or £45 / £40 concessions for a block of 5 (to use within 2 months).

The Tuesday Breather (on Zoom)
6.00 - 6.30 pm (accessible class)
Calm your nervous system
A quick 'breather' towards the end of your day. Can be done seated in a chair:

Gentle movement - to transition from thinking to feeling.

Breathwork (pranayama) - with a focus on calming the body/mind.

Vagus nerve exercises - to evoke relaxation of the nervous system.

Saturday Yoga (outdoors Spring to Autumn, on Zoom in the winter) 9.30 -10.30 am
Invigorate and unwind
A mixture of invigorating and more relaxing postures with the same meditative approach.

Community Class: £7 (£6 concessions)
