Yoga has helped to steady me over the past 25+ years. It has improved my sleep and overall sense of wellbeing. These are the kind of benefits I hope to share with you as you practise.
I am a 500hr qualified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have a particular interest in mental health and wellbeing, which led me to complete a training in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and gain certificates in Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills and 'Bodylistening' (body psychotherapy).

I am also a dedicated mum of two. All of these experiences feed into my yoga and meditation classes.
